Fred Gelli is co-founder and CEO of Tátil Design, a branding, design and innovation consultancy that designs brand strategies and experiences that generate value for business, people and society. With a history of 34 years, Tátil has won more than 200 national and international awards, including the iF Design Award, IDEA – USA, Caboré and Leões de Ouro. Fred developed the brand for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games and was one of the creative directors of the Opening and Closing Ceremony. He is considered by Fast Company Magazine to be one of the 100 most creative people in the world and by Design Week to be one of the ten most influential designers. He has worked for 20 years as a professor at PUC-RJ, in the Eco-innovation and Biomimetics courses. He is also a branding consultant for brands such as Natura, Danone, Gerdau and Ambev and a speaker on design, sustainability and biomimicry.
